Since 2014, Instock has been dedicated to fighting food waste. Initially, they did this through their Instock restaurants and catering service, creating delicious dishes from rescued ingredients. Now, they address food waste on a larger scale with InstockMarket, their foodservice wholesaler. Instock, along with other chefs and restaurants in the Netherlands, has already rescued over 2 million kilos of food from waste.
Brouwerij Homeland An award winning brewery who also happens to be our Marineterrein neighbour! They brew traditional classics and innovative craft beers in their independent brewery at the old naval wharf in the heart of Amsterdam. Brewed with love and bottled in cans and stainless steel kegs to experience aroma and taste as our brewers taste it directly from the tank.
Pascal, the founder of The Stillery, became fascinated with the biochemistry of alcohol after suffering from a severe hangover. He discovered that purer alcohol leads to fewer negative effects. His first spirit was secretly distilled in the bathtub of his student house, marking the beginning of The Stillery. Later, the distillery was officially established, and it went on to win several awards for its floral gins, vodka, and other spirits.
Dik&Schil makes spirits from coffee grounds and orange peels that are left over from catering establishments. These resources get the second life they deserve. This way you can enjoy the most delicious drinks with peace of mind. WYNAND FOCKINK boasts the title of ‘oldest distillery’ in Amsterdam and has been running concurrently since 1724. They offer a wide range of unique and delicious liquors that we use to create some of our fantastic cocktails. Their production continues the tradition of using large copper distilleries that can be found within a quaint alley on the Oudezijds Voorburgwal.
Three wine enthusiasts joined forces to make Dutch wine more accessible to restaurants, businesses, and individuals, both online and in-store. The name “bob" stands for Beschermde Oorsprongsbenaming, the Dutch designation for wine from specific wine-growing regions. Similar to the French AOP and Italian DOC, bob indicates that the wine is made entirely (100%) from grapes grown in a recognized wine region.
Vindict was founded in 2007. Vindict started out as a wine-webshop, but expanded over the years. At this moment they own a winebar and two winestores in Amsterdam. They love no nonsense, and to speak about wines in a normal way: to keep it fun for all of (levels of) wine drinkers.
Fritz-Kola is a German soft drink brand founded in 2003 by Mirco Wiegert and Lorenz Hampl in Hamburg, Germany. It was introduced as an alternative to conventional cola brands, focusing on natural ingredients and higher caffeine content.
